My guppy has red on face and anal and throughout her body HELP PLEASE

I have a female guppy who has red all over her face and a red dot on her anal. She was fine a couple of days ago but has gotten worse these couple of days. If anyone could tell me what it could be and what kind of medicine I need to use.

Tank size : 30 gallons
Temp: 82 degrees
Other fish: 1 angel fish, pleco, male guppy
Tank has been set up for a week.


I want to help her I just don't know how.

I have never seen this on a guppy. Could you post a pic?

What is your ammonia reading? It sounds like some kind of ammonia burn.

Unfortunately she passed away that same night. My ammonia reading during that time was at .2.

I'm doing constant water changes. I wasn't aware of having to cycle my tank since I'm really new at this.

Other than that it has been 5 days since she died and I thought the rest of my fish were going to die but they have been doing a lot better. I used aquarium salt to calm the male guppy because he was swimming up and down rapidly for days. He is the only guppy in my tank and I think he is lonely but I want to make sure my tank is safe before I add more.
