my oscar died ?

I recently had one of my big fish die and i can't figure out why. i have an ro system and also mix with well water like 30 gal well water and 20 gal ro water. The well water has kind of hi ph 7.8 but the ro water is around6.0. would the ph of my tank water make my fish die i also have a problem with severely cloudy tank water. I don't think it's because of over feeding.

I'm sorry to hear about the death of your fish.

Have you check the levels of the water?

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate

Maybe the water is cloudy due to a bacterial bloom?

How often do you feed?
