My platy pooped out something red?

After feeding my platy fish flakes, he pooped out red poop

My platy is a male

i am unexperienced of fish, my first time, but i kinda over fed him this meal, now i learned my lesson

He's been pooping out white poop for 4 days since i got him, but during his pooping, he has a little brownish poop to, which i think is healthy

Now he pooped again, but now without any red poop, but still white with a little brown coloration at the end.

So whats the red poop and the white poop hes been pooping so far?

What color is your food? Are the poops stringy at all?

it comes in many colors, yelloe green orange red brown white etc. yes, the poop is pretty stringy though....
