So I've had my albino bn for about two or three years now, and I came today to find him suddenly dead. My parameters are okay other than a nitrate spike and algae bloom which I'm treating with pwcs. My guess is that he died of constipation but not sure what would cause this? His stomach was black like it was filled was poo. What do you guys think?

I can't find the lifespan anywhere. Do you think it just died of old age? Or the black could have been some sort of parasite.

I'm not sure what the average life span is either. I've attached a picture for diagnostic purposes. Not sure about parasite I haven't introduced new food and my other fish seem fine.

Oh man, I'm so sorry. Apparently (don't quote me) it could've been a bacterial infection, and the green could be dying tissue. I don't know how true that is - I just found that explanation.
