Need Help!!! Possible skin parasite!?

I have noticed that one of my polka dot loaches kind of flicks him self along the gravel and ornaments! He does not do it all the time but it is quite alarming! I had noticed that one of my other PDL did this for awhile but he has seemed to stop. I dont know what it is, how serious it is, or what to do about it.
Any help is needed!!
