Hi all!
Anybody have experience with healing injured fish?
I have a catfish in a 150 gallon South american cichlid tank. He scraped his head a couple of weeks ago on a piece of driftwood and it hasn't healed. In fact his eye is now bulging and the flesh that was previously scabbed has bubbled up in several places. It looks infected? What can I do to help him heal? He is about 5 years old, so I dont want to lose him. I also dont want this to effect the other tank mates. (In case it matters all fish in tank over 9 inches in size.)
