need help, with my angelfish

Hi, got a juvi angelfish a few days ago he was getting bullied at the store so I chose him. His anal fin & tail was pretty chewed up. It seemed to be getting better but I got up this morning & his anal fin looks nipped & one of his pectoral fin has broken. He's in with my pearl gourami who he keeps pestering, sailfin Molly, elephant nose & bnp. Who do you think has been nipping him, & what can I do for him. Just been doing extra partial cleans. Your help would be appreciated

It was my elephant nose, but it's settled down now. He doesn't like new additions

I would keep up with the extra water changes. I had a couple angels with damaged fins and I've seen them repair themselves overnight.
