Need to identify wired white fluffs

We noticed lots wired white fluffs on aquarium walls. They are tiny - 0.5-2mm, wired on almost invisible holder... Looks like dandelion fluff. What is it???
Please, help!

Hmmm, do you have snails by chance?

Looks like it could be snail eggs.

No snails, just 2 guppies

Any live plants?

Yes, several plants, but I don't remember names... One looks like Echinodorus paniculatus other like Vallisneria spiralis.
The aqua is new, several weeks only.

The snails could have come in on the plants. Try putting a piece of lettuce or blanched cucumber in the tank overnight, and see if there are snails on it in the morning.
