oranda has black streaks/lesions/fungus?

Initially my oranda was just sitting at the bottom of the tank and in the past one week i have quarantined it. it started to have ich and have fed him seachem metroplex with focus and garlic to bind the food pellets, twice a day also I have put paraguard and aquarium salt into the tank, temp is 29 celcius.

The ich has gone away but has started to have black streaks on his fin, now have covered his body. he is swimming now but has not been eating the medications last two days

Done an ammonia test to rule out chemical burns (hydrogen peroxide will also do it but bleach, etc as well).

thanks for the reply, but ammonia is managed on a daily basis, bcos the fish is put into a new hospital tank, thats uncucled, so i do 30 - 50% water changes daily with prime and stability to manage ammonia. so if there is ammonia, prime will detoxify it on a daily basis. i dont use bleach or hydrogen peroxide
