Oscar has fuzzy white spots on belly?

Doesn't quite look like ich..spots are a little large. But the white spots do have some types of stringy white stuff coming out of them... at first I didnt notice the stringy stuff but then i got closer and noticed it on a couple of the spots. Ideas? I've been doing PWC every other day (around 20-30%) and I've added salt, increased temp, added quick cure, and added the ocean tablet things that dissolve. At first my other Oscar had Ick and wasn't doing very good, but he's all better now and now my other one is sick.

I would think fungus. Also, the QuICK Cure will kill all of your good bacteria.

What can i do?

I would find a good anti-fungal med, and treat the tank. Don't forget to remove the carbon, and follow the directions exactly.
