Otocinclus Affinis

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows what my Otto might have? I donít think itís ich because the white specs donít look like the ich Iíve seen on other fish, also this Otto has been laying on his side some days but then heíll lay back down on his stomach. Im worried it might be a fungus or an infection and I would really appreciate your opinions and suggestions on what I should do. Thank you!
