Otocinclus burned against heater

My otocinclus got stuck in a corner against the heater. His belly is red and one of his fins are almost gone.
I moved the heater from the corner to the side of the tank to prevent them getting stuck in the future.

Will this guy heal and be okay? What should i do? I have other fish, all peaceful so I know they won't bother him (cardinal tetras).

I have attached an image of the little guy.
