Planaria

I have noticed aone of those on the glass.My tank is up and running for 3,5 months,with a betta,2 ottos and 5 red cherry shrimps.It is kinda biotopic , with catappa leaves,wood,plants etc.Is it harmful and if not,what do i have to do?

Are you sure its planaria? Triangular head?

To be honest,i tried looking at it through a magnifying glass,struggling to make out the shape,i couldn t se an arrowhead,it looked more rounded.My cell phone camera cannot capture it...

If it doesnt have a triangular head its more likely a detritus worm.
