Please help i have ich!!

Found the sick fish, did a 40% water change. Should I be concerned about disinfecting the equipment ( gravel vacuum, dirty water buckets ) so as not to spread disease? Also should I add something like melafix or primafix when the white spots drop off the infected fish ?

You can disinfect the equipment with a bleach solution. It is generally a good idea to use different buckets etc when treating illnesses.
