Please help identify!

I was at the St. John’s and ended up keeping some misquito fish and panfish for a new tank. After setting it up/letting it cycle I introduced the fish. Noticed a large red area on my bluegills right side near his fin. He’s not using that one fin to move unless he got extremely scared, fin didn’t look to be formed well. If he sick with something or is it an injury??? There’s no other red areas and he seems to be pretty relaxed

Looks like it could be pseudomonas infection of fish. Check out a few google images and see what you think?
