Please help swollen bristlenose

So yesterday morning i woke up to my bristlenose pleco to be swollen and hes butt aren to be inflamed. I've done some research, came up with potential bloat or ich. I really dont understand the ich. But I really really would live help I hate seeing him uncomfortable

One thread will be better and faster because you will have everyone talking on one thread to help communicate. I understand you are new to the forum. I have comments in your other thread about your pleco. I wish you best if luck I can pray for him/her if you want me to.
