Please help urgent glass catfish

Woke up this morning to find one of my larger glass catfish laid at the bottom corner breathing heavy not moving and going pale white . All other fish are healthy and fine. Please help .

Just done water test no3 - o no2 - 0 gh- 10od kh -10od ph - 7.6 cl 2 - 0 ammonia is about 0 - 0.2

I had glass catfish for a while and this might sound silly but one of mine use to knock itself out he use to get startled looked like how your explaining. How's he now? It could also be his age.

He's stopped moving and breathing completely now . The others are fine though .
