Pleco disease identification help!

I have 2 tanks of clown plecos. All arrived with ich and both tanks were treated the same with half doses of Ich-X through 4 days after ich was no longer observed. My plecos are now ich free (yay!) but now all of my clown plecos in ONE of the two tanks have these needle-like growths all over their skin. Has any one seen this before??? What’s causing this and how should I treat this? Water parameters all look good.

I think that’s just them. Sorta defense mechanism. They’re hard, scratchy animals. Congrats on getting them healthy!
