Poorly Apple snail

I one of my apple snails are not doing very good. He cracked his shell a little while ago and I thought it would just heal but it hasn't. He is also very lethargic and doesn't move much. Some days he'll just sit on his back all day. My parameters are Ph = 7.0 ammonia = 0ppm. I do 10% water changed once a week and all other snails and fish in the same tank seem totally fine. He's in a 10g. Here's a pic of him
Also I'm trying to breed them and his operculum doesn't look nice. Can I still breed him? Here's a pic of it
