Possible parasite or cancer/tumor bluegill

[Lumberjack]

This is my bluegill. He seems to have a tumor growing near his pectoral fin. Water parameters are good and his only tank mates are a pleco and a crawfish. His diet includes: bloodworms, cichlid flakes, algae wafers, earth worms, and minnows.
