My ram has some disease in his head, time to put down?

Decently don't want to let the disease spread I would quartile him and try and find out what it is

I was about to say it looks like hole in head disease! I would definitely attempt to treat for that since he is in a tank by himself

If you google it there are some suggested antibiotics. I say at least give him a chance
