Rainbow shark tail prob

I had just finished treating for ich a couple of weeks ago. I sadly noticed the ich a bit late and had lost a couple of fish. In my tank I have 2 kissing gouramis, 5 bala sharks, and 1 rainbow shark. All my fish seem to be acting normal again including the rainbow it's just his tail looks like it's got white around it and a little somewhat ripped. The rest of his fins are not like this and his color looks normal. I'm worried his tail is possibly rotting but I'm not sure. I tried to get a picture but he won't hold still and continues to hide lol.

Sounds like fin rot. What did you use to treat the ich? If you used salt, I would just continue the salt a but until the tail looks good again.
