RAISED white spot on red eye tetra

I got new fish 5 days ago. All (including original fish) seem healthy apart from one red eye neon
It has developed two raised white lumps overnight. (I was only able to capture 1 of the spots in the photos)


Is this fungus? (I've never had any fish diseases in my year keeping fish, so I'm inexperienced in this area)

Is it an infected wound? I don't know how it would have become wounded as there's no aggression in the tank (minnows, cardinal tetras, rummy nose tetra, gourami)

Will it spread?- I don't have a quarantine tank, so I would have to euthanise in this case

Water chemistry is spot on
