Rasbora has deformes mouth :(

I got a school of harlequin Rasbora and I just noticed one has a deformed mouth, I don't know how exactly but all the others are pointed in shape. This one is round where his bottom mouth doesn't reach the top part of his mouth. Will this affect him in any way?
 
I would think as long as he gets enoung to eat. Kinda reminds me of how blood parrots mouths don't close sometimes cuz of deformities. Is it kinda like that does it stay open? Pic would be nice.
 
Yeah like it's always open, looks like it's permanently moved a bit to the side and down. Let me try and get a picture.
 
Pics look like garbage. Best I could do with iPod. But can you see the small thing sticking out from the bottom. That's it's bottom mouth
