Red bump on pleco mouth

Anybody know what this is? Maybe a cut from driftwood?

I've had him for 2 weeks. 0 ammonia 0 nitrites 10 nitrates. 75 gallon with bolivian rams, neon tetras, cory cats and pearl gourami.
Tank has been set up for two months but was an upgrade and cycled in 3 days because of heavy seeding with filter media...
