My 15g tank with 5 guppies is quickly depleting. Ive been having casualties once a week and now I'm just down to two. I noticed they have red coloring around their anal fins, but it doesn't look like the worms of callumnaris... I managed to get a picture of one.

I did an 80% WC after the last death and before that have been changing it 20% each week. Can someone please help me out? Is it worms, or something else?

I'm in the US, and yes I've been using my API kit every other day to make sure everything is panning out alright.

I bought tetra Parasite Guard dissolve tablets. Would these be sufficient?

Also, I just noticed this on one of the fish. Quality is bad, but her scales in the mid section and towards the tail (but not on the tail) look opaque.

Is this a fungus? Or is it still likely worms....or even both?? :(.

I've been checking levels daily and it always comes up with zero. This is really stumping me. Lost another one yesterday :(
