Red scales

Is this normal if not how do I fix it

I'm going to go with 'yes'. A couple of my angels look the same. I think its just in the breed. I see the eyes are red and thats a good sign for healthy angels. Keep an eye on him if you feel otherwise. As long as he acts fine, chances are he is fine.
