Rocking

My fish is rocking back in forth a lot. It's staying in the same spot. I read online it means my tank is lacking electrolytes. I checked my ph levels and everything. Ph is 7. Can someone please tell me what it could be?

It's just one of them too. I have 6 and 2 African dwarf frogs. I'm wondering why just the one is reacting.

Hi, Can you post all water specs and how long tank has been running and how it is setup? Missed what fish it was. Also pwc schedule.
