Ryukin with parasite, help!!

My ryukin has all the symptoms of having a parasite, a belly bulge, clear poop casing, and constantly surfacing for air. What do I do?! I have two other fish, is this contagious? Help!

May just be constipation. Feed it green peas (shelled and defrosted) and fast it for 2 to 3 days. If it is constipation he should return to normal after. If not, then it's parasite, then it's Alot harder to treat.

For now the best thing to do is (if you have one) put him in a quarantine tank. Then do your best to try and cure him. Here's a site that should help you out:
