I have two 5+ year old bichirs and one has recently stopped eating and swimming. His color has become much lighter than normal but no other signs of a change to physical appearance. I have noticed bubbles coming from his mouth but not sure if that's normal or not. Any ideas to save him before it's too late?

Hi, welcome - how is your fish?

Any bloating at all? I can recall bubbles like that with goldfish and pellets. The pellets looked like chicken feed and for all I know could of been. Certainly made a mess in the tank.
