Sick female Guppy

Don't know what is going on with my girl PLESE can some some one help?
Meds i have on hand are salt,KanaPlex,pimafix and melafix. helpppppppppppppp.

What do you see abnormal in her?

she is a blond with blue. A red spot come up and now just about on her hole body.
