Sick fish

Hello everyone,

My fish has these air bubbles looking like "things" on his body. Just 2 days ago another one had them and it unfortunately past away. What are they from? What can aI do?

Bit difficult to see from the picture, but do these "air bubbles" look like white spots/salt grains?

Also, can you take a read through the sticky on reporting sick fish and provide as much of the information requested as possible.
