sick fish help urgent

My guppies are sick. They are at the surface and some of them are pale, all of them are bloated, cant tell if the females are heavily pregnant or bloated, and one of them has black poop. What is this, and what can I do to help? I currently am doing frequent small partial water changes, dosing with melafix and feeding peas. One of them is hiding behind the heater.

How big is the tank? and how long has it been set up for? Do you have a test kit if so what are the levels? This will help people better diagnose a problem.

sounds like ammonia poising and constipation, maybe from internal worms or parasite or just bad diet. Try doing immediate 50% water change, followed by one a few hours, and don't feed anything for a couple days, then observe for white stringy poo or paintbrush like red worms from the fishes anal vent.
