Hey everyone. I have a German Blue Ram who appears to be sick or stressed and I am wondering what could be going on. The Ram has her fins tucked in constantly and isn't swimming around much. Is also closer to the top than I am used too. Got three rams about a week and a half ago and the other 2 seem perfectly happy! Thank you very much for your help! Have attached the tank info and pictures of all three Rams! First two are the unhealthy one. Next two are the healthy ones

Size: 55 Gal
Temp: ~81.0
Tank life: ~1 year old
Filter: 1 Fluval C4 and 1 topfin silent stream 40 Gal (as a backup)
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: was 5-10... Just did a 1/3 water change with prime just in case to lower it even though this should be fine
Water changes: Do a ~40% change once a week
Stock Level:
-12 Neon tetras
-2 dwarf gouramis
-3 GBRs
-7 Bristlenose Plecos (They are Juveniles and roughly 1.5 inch... Will rehome some when they grow larger)
