Sick glass catfish

One of my glass cats is suddenly sick. He's getting this white stuff on him; the others all look healthy. I know the picture is a bit blurry, but i think you'll get the general idea what is going on.

What should I do?

I know these fish tend to be more sensitive to conventional treatments.

Help! I've had this guy for quite a while and I don't want to lose him!

personally, i would dose pimafix and melafix and do daily 50% pwc's... appears to be some sort of fungus. glass cats are very sensitive to water conditions, make sure to keep the water pristine.
