Sick Golden Weather Loach

At least, that's what I'm pretty sure it is; the shop I got it from a month ago had it labeled as "Long Catfish"...

Anyways, it developed this raised spot on its back overnight. He freaks out trying to "itch" it every once in a while, but other than that he seems fine.

Please help me. I'm so sick of fish dying on me.

Holy cow, I have never seen something like that! I hope someone else sees this and can help out! It almost looks like some kind of fungus, that spreads super quick apparently.

Yes, it's a dojo loach My LFS puts....descriptive names up for the fish too.

I have not seen anything like that, so I can't really help you.
