Sick guppy?

I have a guppy just noticed swimming weird and has his tail fin clamped up wat could be wrong and wat can I do to help him

What are your water parameters?

Ammo 0 nitrates 0 ph 7.5 temp 78 did 25% water change 2 days ago. He seems to e eating fine and quite active well as active as he can be it is as if his tail is paralized

Nitrates are 0 or do you mean Nitrites?

I had that happen to one of my Mollies never figured it out and sadly enough had to put her down. Someone on here did have a guppy like that and I believe it eventually passed away.

I have put him in my 5g tank that just finished cycle last week he got a few tetra to keep him company see how he goes the only thing that changed in my tank was the 6 gourami my bf got as a surprise for me yesterday.

Is it possibly to have him in the 5 gal alone? Just if he has something not sure if he will pass it on

There only 2 bloodfin tetra which I used to cycle the tank as they horrid little fish I wish I never bought
