YouTube - Sick Cardinal Tetras?

The one is pretty obvious. It is almost tumor like. No idea what it is, any ideas? Also a bit further in it you will see another cardinal that almost looks like he might have something growing on the side visible when he is facing the right side of the aquarium... again, any ideas appreciated... Have had these guys for about a month and a half and have seen no issues with them.

water params are all good. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 15 nitrates...

Of course now I can't even find the fish with the growth in the tank.. not a good sign I know...

wow... nobody has seen anything like that? At first I thought it was maybe fungus... but I am not so sure. it almost looks like a tumor under the skin at the base of the tail.... though to be truthful I really have no idea...

Fish is active and eating... I may try some fungus eliminator...
