Sick Platty

Hi,

new member needing some help.

I have a mature 70 litre fresh water tank stocked with approximately 15 inches of fish; Tetras, Platties, Gouramis. Water is clear. The tank is happy bar one platty which is lying on it's size at the top of the tank for 2 days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)?
Have you added anything new recently?
