Sick Tin Foil Barb

I have a Tin Foil Barb that won't shut its mouth and it is breathing very hard. I don't know if it has something stuck in its throat. It's probably going to die but I was wondering if there was something I could try to save it.

What are your ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte levels? Have you added/done anything new to your tank recently?

I'll check the levels, I did a partial water change 2 weeks ago-----I probably will do another today & nothing new has been added to the tank.
I can see that he is getting skinnier than the other two----I fed the bottom feeders an algae disc the other day and in just passing the tank I noticed that one of the barbs had it sticking out of his mouth and the other two were chasing him----I'm just wondering if that is what could be stuck in his throat, but you would think that it would dissolve eventually.
