Hello, i have a black moor in a 55 gallon fancy goldfish aquarium and have recently noticed a silver and white scale hanging from is side, Please somebody help!

Can you please provide some information so that we can better help you? Stocking? Water parameters? Water change schedule? Is it a single loose scale or something else that appears to be on your fish? A picture would be helpful if possible! Thanks!

Fish can often dislodge scales. It can happen if they swim against objects - or each other during feeding time and spawning etc. A new scale will grow relatively quickly. Just keep an eye out for any reddening of the area that may suggest bacterial infection, but if your water is well maintained, you shouldn't have a problem.
