Something fell off my zebra danio ! HELP !

So I have a 60l fresh water tank with 2 endler guppy’s, a double sword tail, 2 leopard danions and a zebra danio I inherited for a family member. The zebra came with a mate but he died of dropsy fairly soon after we received him due to living In poor water for a while. The female has always has a big belly since we got her and recently I noticed something white and fleshy on her underside so stated Epsom baths. She’s been hiding in an ornament for the past week but coming out to feed. This morning a big white mass has fallen off her and and she is very lethargic at the top of the tank and is vastly thinner than she was yesterday. I also think she has laid some eggs as there are white specs all over the floor of the floor of the tank. Water parameters are fine. Has anyone experienced this ? Thanks in advance for the help.
