Something Wrong with Dojo Loach?

I've been seeing these translucent-like membranes floating around in the tank from time to time, but I had no idea where it was coming from until now. Just before cleaning the tank, I literally watched my dojo loach poop this out as a yellowish cloud spread around him as if he had so much pee to let out. Besides this, my dojo acts perfectly normal and healthy. Should I be concerned with this??

Perfectly normal and healthy are the key words here. Become concerned if you see long
stringy stuff coming out and if your Dojo stops eating.
