strange red bump

Hi Guys & Gals. I have a black Molly with a strange red bump just up and behind it's left eye. It seems to be swimming fine, although it seems to be moving it's fins rapidly when it moves. Not sure if this normal as I pay next to no attention to this tank it being the family tank. If you could let me know what this is and what the cure would be that would be great as my mom really loves this little guy. Picture below. Sorry about the quality, digital cam is lost, had to use Treo.
