Tetra... Sick or preg?

I noticed my tetra looked really bloated about a month ago... In the last week or so it appears she is about to pop! I don't know if she is carrying eggs or if something is wrong. Can they carry this long? I hope you al can tell by looking at my pics this is e best ones I could get. Thanks!!
