tetras not eating

hi I got 7 serpaes to my 7 week old planted tank 3 days ago. Since the time I got them, they've been hiding in the vegetation and drift. Only today did I see them come out for the first time when the lights were off. However when I switched the lights on, they darted back to their hiding place.
For 3 days Iv tried to feed them micro pellets, but they just don't seem to care. they swim right past.
They don't seem stressed, ammonia nitrite = 0. I guess i am at a loss.

sry shud'v mentioned the specifics:
75g
eheim 600 classic
planted with co2 pressurised @ 2bps at present.
Temp: 26-27°C

update: I just noticed some spots on them. unable to verify whether its ich as the fellas keep darting around among the plants. I'll post a pic. Unsure of whether its the flash

Looks like ich.. Can you turn the temp up to 86?

yeah! just returned after getting a thermo. hope things start getting good.

just a question though. since mine is planted, is it ok to use the medicines while dosing ferts?
