Transported Goldfish

Hi.. Guys when is it adviceable to feed my newly transported goldfish.. They look stressed.

yes i always do
and is there plenty of space
what size tank
what are perimiter
what temp
 
Water temperature is perfect.Tank size is 3ft by 2ft by 1ft. Just wanted to know if I should feed them the moment they arrive form a 6hours journey

lol i just have better luck feeding them when they get there then wait
 
+1 with lights off. Ambient light is plenty for a couple days till they do settle. I typically don't feed for the first 24 hours.

I drip acclimate mine in a container and put small amount of food in the acclimation chamber. Then, when I transfer them they get nothing until the next day.

Ambient light only is good idea.

Because they are under stress, expect slight color loss. It will come back in a day or two. Anything longer might be a problem.
