TreAting ich?

If one fish in my ten gallon gets ich, it's likely that they all will get it right? Could I treat the ich in the same tank if not all of the fish have it?
 
Yes you can. If your using medications it has the potential to kills me of your fish so i'd be careful about it. if your using salt/heat then you won't pose as much of a danger to ur fish
 
Ich is a parasite and will infect all of the fish, even if they don't all show symptoms. It is very, very important to treat the whole tank when ich is detected.

Fish can be infected in the gills and not show white spots.
