Unhealthy ghost shrimp

Hello, I am new to the whole aquarium fish tank. My ghost shrimp has always been rather active in my tank. He shed his shell last Sunday and it took him about 2 days to do so. It is now Friday and my girlfriend has been watching them. She tells me he hasn't been active the past 2 days and he basically lays down in one spot of the tank. Only twitching his antennas.
Please help!

Just wait. Because in terms of "help" that's nothing you can do. He may just be recovering (imagine shedding your skin!), but it's not fixable if he is not.
