My Chinese algae eater has a couple red bumps on the top of its head and I don't know what that is or what I should do. I have a 20 gallon with 2 Chinese algae eaters, 3 albino corydoras, 4 cherry barbs, and 6 cardinal tetras. I have 0 nitrates, 0 nitrites, and 0 ammonia. My tank is cycled. Is having no specs bad for my tank?

There is a pic. I couldn't get the whole head since he's shy. That pic is of his nose and there are the red bumps
